Mobile ToDo App Course
A hands-on Infoeste course where we built a mobile ToDo-style notes app with NestJS, Prisma ORM, and hexagonal architecture.
This course was one of my first experiences helping administer a technical activity during Infoeste. The goal was to build a mobile notes application in the style of a ToDo app, using the project as a practical path through backend structure and application design.
On the backend, we used NestJS to keep the code modular and Prisma ORM to simplify communication with the database. The project also introduced hexagonal architecture as a way to separate responsibilities and make the application easier to evolve.
More than presenting isolated tools, the course connected concepts that usually appear separately: API design, data persistence, architecture boundaries, and the mobile experience consuming those flows.
It was an important step for me because it mixed development, explanation, and coordination. The challenge was not only building the app, but turning the decisions behind it into something participants could follow and continue improving.
